Dues Reminder

Reminder:

Membership dues are due by December 31, 2007. If dues are paid after December 31, 2007 a $50.00 late fee will be applied to your account. If the dues are paid after January 31, 2008 GAAR membership will be suspended.

Membership dues can be paid online! Go to www.abqrealtors.com, click on Member's Area, click on My AMBR Account and use your SWMLS codes to login.

NEW ENFORCEMENT EFFORTS ON REAL ESTATE SIGNS

The City of Albuquerque is stepping up enforcement on illegally placed signs and signs that do not conform with city regulation. The Sign Ordinance has been in effect for the past 15 years.
